Project Agreements

• Delays caused by incomplete information from the client are not our responsibility.

Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the final project is transferred to the client after full payment.

• TechLegendsPro reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

• Payments are made through third-party platforms (e.g., bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise).

• Website does not process direct payments.

• Payment terms (advance, milestones, final payment) are defined per project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TechLegendsPro is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Website downtime caused by hosting providers

• Third-party service failures

• Cyber attacks beyond reasonable security measures

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. However, we respect international data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
